How it works

Platforms chosen from what your customers tell you

The Platform Analyst asks 10 ideal customers which platform they use for business content. You decide whether to follow their answers or your preference. The bio, website link, photo and cover image come from your brand assets. For every four educational posts in the 4-1-1 mix, you publish one promotional post and one curated post. A curated post shares content by someone else. A named person replies to every comment and message within 24 hours for the first 90 days.

Questions

What people ask

How are the platforms chosen?

You choose 10 customers who match the buyers you want more of. The Platform Analyst asks them which platform they use for business content. It recommends the platforms where most of them are. You decide whether to start with one platform or two. The Platform Analyst warns you about a platform chosen by preference, not by customer answers.

What is the 4-1-1 mix?

The 4-1-1 mix is a split of your posts by type. For every four educational posts, you publish one promotional post and one curated post. A curated post shares a useful post or article by someone else. You decide whether to follow the mix exactly. You can also add more educational posts while your audience is still small.

What is in the 30-day plan?

The plan has a specific idea for each post in the first 30 days. You choose how often you post, for example daily or three times a week. You also choose how finished each idea is. An idea can be a one-line prompt or a near-ready draft caption.

Who replies to comments and messages?

You name one person who owns replies for the first 90 days. The owner can be you or someone on your team. The owner replies to every comment and message within 24 hours. You decide whether replies on the main platform come faster.
